- Cancellation: If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period unless your plan states otherwise.
- Hardware devices: If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and we will organize a replacement or repair.
- Returns condition: Returns are accepted only if the device is complete and in original condition (including accessories), unless the return is due to defect.
- Shipping: Shipping costs may depend on the reason for return (defect vs. change of mind).
